History
From the Latin meaning “Nectar of the Gods”. We believe this is apt as the extra virgin olive oil bottled under this label comes from centuries-old olive trees and is just as immune to the passing of time as the gods and which Mother Nature, in her infinite wisdom, has given us the privilege of sampling.
This labels symbolizes the influence of the Roman Empire in our region and is reminiscent of the expansive pantheon of the “Empire’s” gods.

Characteristics
The extra virgin olive oil bottled under this label guarantees quality and centuries-old tradition. It is the best of our product classified as early harvest or Premium oil. It is made from olives collected at the optimum time of harvest, when its juice releases more complex aromas and flavours. It is cold pressed so as to allow us to obtain the most select olive juice.
